My daily diet is one large bowl of cereal with milk, a waffle at break time, an unhealthy school meal, a muffin, a large dinner, a slice of cake or a large cookie for pudding, tea with 4 or 5 biscuits and 2 chocolate bars as snacks. That is around 2,500-3,000 cal a day.

I do an hour of PE, 1 hour 30 of the gym and around 4 hours playing football per week.
That should make you a lot skinnier.
